First off, we here at CLR have done extensive research on the Laboratory supply Companies that we are rating, the information comes from several types of sources.

We will First check with the state they operate within, that they are permitted to be a resale company, (having their Sales and Use Tax Permit) Next, that they Have a State DPS permit (Department of public safety) Next, if a company claims to sell any USP grade products that they are either buying this from a proper Laboratory that has the Clean room Environment or have their own GMP Licensed Clean room to transfer these liquids in the proper environment. Otherwise these products are not USP grade but Technical Grade or worse yet they are just selling Industrial grade (this can be life threatening)

We use just word of mouth, what are people saying about their service Ect.

Next, we will check with the BBB to see what or if any complaints have been filed against them and many other resources we have access to.

 And many times we will attempt to make direct contact to speak with the owner of the operation, and we have done several onsite inspections. We will also check with the FDA to see if there has been any inspection done.

WHAT CONSTITUTES A DPS LICENSES? Each state varies to a small degree. So we have gone off the Federal guidelines.

Chapter 481, sections 481.077 and 481.080 Health and safety code requirements for all Manufactures, whole sellers, retailers, or other persons who sell, transfer, or otherwise furnish a precursor substance or chemical laboratory apparatus listed in these sections.

CRL amendment: CLR, in no way will report any company to Federal agencies, we feel that as CLR grows, that we will do a better job at putting these underground scammers and kitchen operations who feel the need to openly sell their crap on the market out of business. Just do not openly market to the many very young mates that do not understand what they are buying.

Rated * This Underground operation does not even rate as lab supply source, no details of any kind on their vials, claims to be USP grade, can assure not, holds no legal permits to operate, and promotes stictly to the Kitchen operations, we have viewed many post of people scammed from this guy. The prices are insanely high, the serum glass is of the lowest quality, people are complaining that the Butyl serum stoppers are dry rotted. the list goes on and on. STAY CLEAR.

 SO FAR THERE IS ONLY 5 SITES POSTED THAT QUALIFY AS PERMITTED LABORATORY SUPPLY OPERATIONS. THE ONLY REASON WE HAVE POSTED THESE OTHERS, IS THAT THE UNSUSPECTING AND VERY UNEDUCATED INDIVIDUALS ARE BUYING FROM THESE OPERATIONS AND THERE TARGET MARKETS ARE JUST TO THESE YOUNG AND UNEDUCATED MATES. 

Large percentages of these young mates are on these underground steroid sites trying to learn, but it’s just full of garbage information when it comes to the use of these very powerful hormones.
